ReplyDeleteWVU uses PTCAS which is the common app. The deadline is December 1st. When sending your GRE's to WVU, use the code: 5904.
Overall GPA needed is a 3.0 and the pre-requisite GPA is also a 3.0
Minimum of 60 volunteer hours in at LEAST TWO different settings!!!
THREE letters of recommendation are needed and TWO need to be from licensed Physical Therapists while the last letter is from a teacher. You cannot have a letter from a physical therapy assistant!
Pre-requisites: Chem (8 credits), Bio (8 credits), Physics (8 credits), Stats (3 credits), general psychology (3 credits), developmental psychology (abnormal, lifespan, social)(3 credits), Anatomy & Physiology (8 hours)

** in addition to the fees that PTCAS charges, WVU has an additional $50 fee when you submit the supplemental information
